Replacement Policy

  • Orders can be replaced if the received product is different from what was ordered or if there is a clear issue affecting its quality.
  • Customers must contact us within two hours of receiving the order and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
  • The product will be replaced with an identical one free of charge, or a store credit of the product's value will be issued for future use.


Refund Policy

  • Since our cakes are freshly made to order, products cannot be returned once received.
  • If an error occurs on our part, we will either refund the amount or offer a replacement product based on your preference.


General Terms

  • The product must be in its original condition, without any modifications or consumption.
  • This policy does not cover cases where the error was due to incorrect order details provided by the customer or a change of mind after receiving the product.
  • Cakers reserves the right to decline any replacement or refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
